Encouraging movement on sales!
Palermo residents may have noticed that several "for sale" signs are down. There are reports of numerous condos being sold. Signs have come down on the Quiet Side, Breeze Loop and Melody Lane. Some people who have stayed for the season have been looking to buy as well.

Well, sure sales are up, but if it is half of original value thats not good. I just short saled my other house at half of what I owed. So national sales are up for this reason, but it still means my credit is ruined, and average sold price is brought down even lower for the next would be seller.
