Does anyone know if the 34 Units are being sold as a bloc or individually at the auction on November 30? What happens if no one bids?

Penny you are my hero!

Does anyone have a guess when thee units may go up for sale individually? If there's no single buyer of them all on Nov. 30, ow soon would the bank get an agent to sell them one by one. A few months?

As a tenant, you have done nothing to create the foreclosure crisis. Yet a growing number of tenants in foreclosure situations are struggling to keep their utilities on, recover their security deposits and stay in their homes for as long as possible. Tenants Together is committed to empowering tenants to stand up to abusive and unfair conduct during the foreclosure process. If you are a California tenant, to learn about your rights and how to assert them you can:

Thanks for this information. We need these postings and this blog and all information because we don't just want to rely on Heath, as he has multiple interests in all this.

When can I buy one of these Enterprise units?

Will there be a meeting for us renters?

Sorry but these units will be sold. The bank was a bit hasty in putting the rental agency in charge, unless the bank said no more leases, because buyers aren't going to want these encumbrances (the leases). Any leases signed during this foreclosure process raise some questions I think. But I'm ready to buy at Palermo. Let the auction begin.
