Meetings tomorrow
Positively Palermo has learned there's an HOA board meeting at 5 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 26 in the clubhouse. The agenda appeared in the clubhouse display case today, a day before the meeting. There will be an annual meeting after the regular meeting at 6. Miss Penny Lane: Happy meeting.

I can't make it. Not enough notice for a 5 pm meeting on a workday.
plenty of notice was given for the meeting, i dont even live at Palermo full time and I received notification of the meeting last week.
Why weren't sign put on the mailbox like we got in the past? Everyone though should sign up for the DRM emails or you might get left out. We can't count on a sign at the clubhouse because that apparently isn't put up much in advance like it was before. Also it is important to sign up for the DRM emails incase of emergencies and such. The "paper notice" thing is spotty, of course, no email went out for the November board meeting when they raised our dues, so don't know how good the email system is either but time will tell. Consistency is everything right. Take care every body!!!
Does anyone have a call in number and passcode for the HOA meeting for those of us that are not in Palermo on Wednesday night?
We would have attended but DRM did not provide a conference number!!!!
