Problem at the back pool?

Positively Palermo received this e-mail: "Hi Penney, Does anyone know if that was an approved large party at the back little pool today? Must have been at least 15 to 20 there, with tons of glass beer bottles, wine bottles and vodka bottles and other glass. Don't parties over a certain number need approved in the pool area? The people was letting out f-bombs and loud music. I hope no little kids were around." Miss Penny Lane says: She tries not let what others do interfere with celebrating Uncle Sam's birthday.

I think it was someone on Breeze having it.

The owners or whoever had this should be fined. There should never be glass bottles at the pools.

Agree.

why don't you get out your ticket writing books and fine them then. honestly? it was 4th of July. Get over it! & move on to other bigger things. Unbelievable, that Penny would even of posted this.

Not sure how bringing tons of glass in thevpool area is okay because it is the 4th.

A fine is a good idea. The cc&rs we all agreed to say you need a permit for pool parties over 5 people. This renter brought in people by the car full.

How come I was not invited!

Nice to see some new people at the pools instead of the usual queens and old fogies.

Fogies are people too said...

Seriously 2:24? Don't go hating on people. It is dodging the issue of common sense. No glass at the pools. It's posted, makes sense and it would cost the HOA big money to drain and clean the pool if there were broken glass.

We have little kids and were about to go swimming at the back pool - but when we arrived, a volleyball net had been set up, there was alcohol in glass bottles everywhere and I was a bit taken aback by the fact that one group had taken over the entire pool. I want everyone to have a great time and I do understand it was a holiday, but I do think that private parties should be scheduled and a fee should be charged. I have a hard time understanding why the rules we all agreed to are constantly being broken. Makes me sad.

Those of you who saw people with glass bottles and folks possibly violating other Pool/Party CC&R, should have called Palermo's security. Posting here is not going to resolve unsafe incidences on our property.

Miss Penny has kindly listed all important Palermo phone numbers for us. Use them if you need to! We certainly don't want anyone getting hurt at one of our pools.
