Positively Palermo has learned that the HOA newsletter also had this item: "The heat to the two pools have been shut off for the summer. Further, the spa at the small pool has been shut off in order to save money on utilities. The main pool will resume the normal heating schedule in October or when the temperature begins to cool down." A resident asks if this is correct because the back spa was to have the heat turned off but the jets working. Miss Penny Lane says: All this talk of the pools makes her want to take a dip tonight.
