We must take time to praise the new pool guy. He is here often, checking up on the pools and spas. Such a departure from the last pool service. The biggest complaint seems to be the pools are too warm! Miss Penny Lane must say: Thank you for bringing the resort quality back to our pools.

I've been loving the pools. With the wind, nothing really can be done about the plant matter, just have to scoop it out with the net, otherwise the water and tile are ship-shape.
The pool guy just left. The pools are SPARKLING. hey, just a reminder, don't bring glass in to the pool areas. Some short-term visitors have done that during the season. have a great day everyone!!!!!!!!

There are alot of wasps in the back pool area. Watch out.
The current pool guy is great. He comes as early as dawn, is super friendly and does a great job. I do wish there were locks on the pool and spa thermostats. This year there were times when I tried to go in the pool and it was hotter than the spa, sometimes just right, and sometimes just a bit too cold. This week it was arctic freezing. Sensible, regulated temperatures would surely bring the monthly utility bill down. Let's hope HOA takes care of this.
