Same to you, Penny. Thank you for this blog. I bought here after finding it and seeing the care being put into this place by residents. From I have been told by others here longer, I honestly think without this blog site that Palermo wouldn't be so great because management and the board seemed to ignore what was happening in late 2009 and 2010 and this blog was a watchdog. It does make me sad when those breaking the CC&Rs come on and defend the rule breaking and act as if those concerned about rule breaking are the problem. But things are getting better with a more active board and a new security company. All communities have problems but we are really coping with the economic downturn well because of your help.
We found too about Palermo from this blog, came to see it and fell in love - we love the community spirit, as Penny says, and the conern about this place. Thanks from Canada.
All about Palermo, a Desert Modern townhome and villa community at Indian Canyon and San Rafael in Palm Springs. This opinion forum is independent, not connected to management or the developer.
