Where is the landscape company?
My neighbor's drip system was broken and shooting water across the street. After a couple days I fixed it myself. The landscapers seem to be out to lunch.
Pablo is the manager of the landscaping company and last week after I noticed things were being neglected, he came by and met with me. He did take care of the items I pointed out. If you see a problem, call him directly: 760 250 6340. I just called him and let him know about the tree. If they aren't told about something, they won't fix it since no one is supervising them from the HOA. Better to go to the source than DRM!
Good luck trying to talk to the guy who is here and get him to take care of your front yard. He is been MIA on my street for more than a month.
The landscaper should not have to "be told" about a tree that has been falling over and missing poles for weeks.
I'm not sure the guy cutting and using the blower no much or anything about plants and plant care. Palermo needs a commercial grade landscaper not a one gout outfit.
I think the gardner works hard. It's a thankless job I believe. You can't please all the people all the time.Also think he's hot!In case anyone cares.
Unsure where 11:49 is coming from or where s/he got that number but DRM is the entity that manages the landscaper and should get the complaints or it would be impossible to manage and make overall improvements. The 11:49 post seems to set DRM up for failure and we can't have that.
Does the landscaper know a weed when he sees it?
This landscaper rarely comes by my street.
The landscaping company is a problem.
The last HOA community I lived in here in the desert had excellent landscaping, each unit care for, but this service is truly lacking. Why with so many complaints do we keep them?

I see that the fallin down posts in the picture are down but why did it take someone to call the service when they are here throughout the week and should have seen them?
I am seeing a ton more dog poop around. It seems like about 4 times as much as we usually have. Owners, please pick up after your dogs, be responsible pet owners and don't leave it to the rest of us to clean up your mess. It smells and is disgusting.
The landscaper just blows around it.
