So a board member had to do it rather than the management company handling management functions?

The Board Members Volunteered to save the HOA Money as the Corporation Management (DRM) does not work on Saturdays normally and it would cost the HOA hourly for their assistance when the HOA has volunteers. Be grateful :-)
On another note-
Was it difficult for any renter to get a pool key this weekend?
