Water woes in the undeveloped Phase 2?

Positively Palermo received this picture and e-mail: "Penny, What is going with the Back 40, the undeveloped part of Palermo. All sorts of water problems lately with water running and even a lake being created." Miss Penny Lane says: She likes to watch the birds take advantage of Lake Palermo.

That looks like a few thousand a month down the drain

Who pays for this???

Did anyone contact DRM?

Where is Michael Heath on this? Does not the bank employ him? I would like answers?

When this happened before, DRM responded. However, it's really worrisome that this continues to persist. You know we all are paying for this water waste. Whoever is responsible for the undeveloped property should be held responsible. The banks need to own up to their duty.

as per 6:46pm - has anyone contacted DRM?

I unhappy getting more concerned about how the bank is or isn't taking care of this property in that it seems there can be things going wrong over time that aren;'t immediately dealt with.

I contacted Brandi Scott at DRM today (11/3), she responded that it had been fixed. Can someone confirm whether or not this has or has not been fixed? Thanks.

All this water and now the winds have begun to blow the dust around.Perhaps the back 40 needs to be re- glued as the city does not allow blowing sand in construction zones. Alvon was reglued this week.
