They talked about the dues going up. Someone there said the dues are too low and were a loss leader and should be higher and should have been for the past years too, and that ours are cheap compared with their condos here. I was on the phone so not sure but I think it was an owner not a board member who said it. They didn't decided anything because of the budget they had had some wrong numbers on it. They were talking about a $10 per month increase but the budget had the wrong number for heating the pools so the $10 number wasn't real.
so how much is it going up?
