Cool. Wasn't here last year. Looking forward to the creativity of Palermo peeps.
I think it is great, now watch the HOA natzis complain and make you take it down. Trust me some person with nothing better to do but complain about every little thing (because he or she has no life) will find something in the regs in small print that sais if people are enjoying it you must stop it. People here don't want cheer they want to complain.. THey made them take down decore over on sunburst, made someone take a beautiful pland from the front then eliminated beautiful trees on the way out the side gate. I am afraid we might be doomed to bitter grouchey people (NOT EVERYONE) that like NOTHING to do wiht making this a better place.
9:59 sounds like the grouchy grinch. LOL. Lighten up dude. Why so negative? Decorations are fine if they rules are followed. Don't know why people like 9:59 need to rain on everyone's parade.
9:59 is a little off base and misinformed.
When you begin to damage Community Property by your decorations you must remove them and relocate to an area that won’t damage what ISNT YOURS. Community Spirit is awesome just do it right and you wont have problems.
The person on Sandy Point and Melody has things affixed to the stucco however it appears that he/she did it the noninvasive way without puncturing the Stucco thus NOT damaging the Common Area Property and it looks GREAT!
9;59 is the grinch of Palermo? Why be so negative when nothing has happened?
Stop being so negative.
Hey Everyone, THis is Perry.. hope all hade a greaat holiday. Don't know about all this grinch stuff here. I have ton of decorations to put up.. Wath out for a candy cane tree near you YEE HAA>> Lets make this place like last year WAS GREAT! I have to go see how they put the stuff on stucco and had all the lights come down. Does anyone know how they did it, i mean got stuff stuck to stucco with out ruining it. PLEASE let me know how to do that.
