Why does the spa in the back pool area have yellow tape blocking the steps?

Positively Palermo received this e-mail: "Hi Penney, Do you or anybody else know why the hot tub in the back has been yellow-taped? It's been like that for a couple of days and the pool guy was here today and it still taped. I saw this pool-closed sign that was blowen in a bush when I went to take the trash out that says there's a chemical problem and the emergency shut off switch is borken and that a reinspection will be on 5/4. Did this blow away from our pool?? I put the sign back by the pool, just incase. Sent you some pix. Thanks." Miss Penny Lane says: She could use a nice soak after the long week, so does anyone know what's going on?

I can tell you that the emergency on/off switch does not work.

what's going on with it?

The last thing we need is to be in violation of city health code rules...I can't imagine that DRM=Brandi would let this happen. Homeowners pay their HOA fees to ensure the property is maintained.

The little pool has always been wrongly treated like a second class citizen. Marie Antoinette would say "Let them eat cake" Well, now we are eating bacteria! How humiliating that the neglected pool has been shut down by the health department! Homeowners at that end of the property pay equal HOA fees as the others residing at the big pool. DRM, where are you?

This is not right.

The county also needs to get its ac together. They post a sign that just blows away - what good is that? The water is hot and so we are burning money on a spa that can't be used? Waste waste waste.

The emergency switch has been broken for a year. The pool service should have fixed it long ago.

So the place is out of order, however the light is on in the pool during the day time. Seriously? What a waste of electricity!!!
