Is that one of those plastic owls? Usually when you see one in the daytime it means they are very sick.

I've never seen the owl around here. Thanks for the tip. I will watch out. Would love to seen him. Love the picture of him (her?) perched on Palermo's modern exterior. Soooo cool.
