Electricity update

UPDATE: The power has gone off for the fourth time tonight at Palermo Palm Springs. SoCal Edison said there is a widespread power outage due to an equipment problem and they "are testing the lines." No word on when it will be solved. Miss Penny Lane says: It may be time for her to turn in.
