More about doggie doo

Positively Palermo received this e-mail: "Thanks for the excellent communication you create. I am a homeowner and I have noticed several dog owners are not cleaning up after their pooches; especially back by the parking area near Sandy Point Trail. This its not only very rude its unsanitary. Secondly, I witnessed a guy with two dogs in the small community pool the other day ... Do renters know this is forbidden in the bylaws ford health reasons? The same guy never cleans up after his dogs. I used to take pictures of such violators and send them to the board, but shouldn't we all be adult enough to respect our neighbors? Can we have some discussions about pet owner courtesies please? Thank you." Miss Penny Lane says: She once had her date pick up curbside and her high heels stepped right in a "present" left behind by a Palermo pooch. It was downhill from there.

There's really no excuse for not picking up after your dog, Palermo makes it so easy to do with the plastic bag dispensers and poo receptacles.

These people are just too lazy and do not respect Palermo....maybe we deliver a little present to their yard?

Please email Brandi at DRM with the pic's if you have them and the address's of the violators. They will then be issued a notice of violation and if the problem continues, will end in fines.

Dogs in the pool?

Dogs in the pool is unsanitary. The pool needs to be emptied, sanitized, and the dog owner should pay the costs.

If this violator is renting from Village Property Mgmt, please...PLEASE contact Michael Heath, immediately. Michael will not tolerate any renter violating Palermo regs and rules, especially rules that compromise the health and safety of all residents.
