Outside lights are checked just once a month but call if you see one burnt out or blinking

Positively Palermo received this e-mail: "Dear Penny, Could you please post that if owners or renters see landscape lighting that is burned out or damaged (like the flashing disco light) to please write down the address and email bscott@drminternet.com?  According to DRM, they are only walking the complex once a month to check, but if we report them out, they will get it fixed.
