How much will HOA fees go up?
Positively Palermo has been asked: "What is going on with the HOA dues increase? How much are they going up? I heard about $30 a month, on top of the $268 we pay. When will we all know? Answers, please." Miss Penny Lane says: The only belt-tighening she likes is when she drops a few pounds.

I heard they will go up to around $317. per month.
The fees must go to at least cover operating costs. DRM made a budget the last 2 years that did not do this.
