More about the two-bedroom, 1,320-square-foot B model town home. Unique to the B model is an upstairs sun deck that has railings on two sides, so you can look down to both the back yard and the street on the front of the house. The upstairs sun decks on the two-bedroom A, C and D models either look down on the street, or the back yard. The B model sun deck also is huge. But that comes with a trade-off. The bedrooms and upstairs inside space is smaller than some other units because of the big outside space.
