Bidding isn't over with for Enterprise's condos, undeveloped land?
Positively Palermo received this e-mail: "Penny, It looks like the bidding isn't over yet for the 34 Enterprise condos and the undeveloped parcel of Palermo. The broker today was giving a tour to possible buyers, showing them the models and three condos that are for-rent right now. I guess the May 20 deadline didn't matter after all." Because management hasn't said anything, this site has asked a source high up in the local real estate market to do some checking and see if there's anything to report. We hope to have an answer soon but please e-mail if you know anything. Miss Penny Lane says: The more bidders, the merrier because who wouldn't want a piece of Palermo Palm Springs.

I wonder how many bidder there have been.
I still wonder if Enterprise will come back - maybe later buy the land from whoever buys the condos and land ??
I saw those guys here too. You can always spot them with their clip boards, pressed shirts and eager step.
I wonder if the people seen touring the property were the winners of the bid?
