In praise of the pools
Positively Palermo received this e-mail: "I want to thank the board members for getting rid of the last pool guy. The pools are sparkling. The back pool and spa are so clear now, unlike before. I'm loving it!!!!!!" Miss Penny Lane says: It's been an amazing June with the great weather, and she's looking forward to the triple digits so she can she start using the pools. You'll know her because she'll be the one holding a parasol when soaking in the spa.

Speaking of the pools, I want to throw this out. I went to the small pool this morning after noticing the big pool was being cleaned. I knew the heat had been turned off so was expecting the little pool to have been somewhat neglected. However, it was the most refreshing morning swim to plunge into that fresh, cold water! And it was crystal clear! I'm just curious, as a cost cutting measure, what would everyone think about turning the pool heat off, for BOTH pools, in the summer? The big pool seems like swimming in a bath tub sometimes. We could stay cool and save money at the same time. Just a thought.
