Interested or possible buyers for Enterprise properties tour Palermo Palm Springs

Positively Palermo received a report from a resident that a group of six people toured and inspected Palermo Palm Springs today and had a long meeting in our clubhouse. They either were bidders or possible bidders on the 34 unsold former Enterprise developer condos and the Phase 2 land.
