Management has put up new signs on the two community Dumpsters, on Melody Lane and Sunburst Blvd., reminding people not to abuse them. Miss Penny Lane says: She hates trash talk.

Trash talk or not, this was long overdue. Many thanks to the mgmt and owners who lobbied to get something up. Hopefully, folks will read it and comply, but alas, that may be too much to hope for. Reading and complying with rules is not most people's strong suit.

I agree with the above.
This is a good attempt to prevent illegal dumping. Thanks to the HOA Board for doing this.
All renters who have been doing this. 3 from Enterprise/bank owned did it.
Owners have been asking for this for two years. Thankful that the recent changes on the board means we are getting some action and improvements.
