Positively Palermo received this e-mail: "Dear Penny, I love your site. I am curious if people want the second phase of Palermo to be built or like it the way it is now?" Miss Penny Lane says: Good question.

We would love a dog park, a tennis court and a little store...as promised in the original plans. It would be nice to have more community based activities and amenities.
I live at Palermo full time and can say, everyone I talk to would like to see the construction completed. We do not like looking at the empty, weed filled lots and the temporary fencing. We are looking forward to a new group of investors coming in and making this the home we all thought it would be.
It would be great to see it finished.Perhaps not a large as planned. The dog park, tennis court and enough units to support the clubhouse as well. Also would like to see the phase one painted as most of the buildings need the painting corrected. Would love to seee a small gay bar or coffee shop in the retail space
10:12AM, why does it have to be a "small gay bar"? Palermo prides itself on being an open and tolerant community; as such, secular labels are not required!

I live here full time and would also love to see the community finished as was orginally planned. Soon, please!
I would rather it not be done.
