Just back from a nice evening walk. The Christmas lights and holiday decorations are precious. Sandy Point is especially festive. I would highly recommend a taking a walk around the neighborhood. There's even a fantastic Christmas Village! Tis the season! Thanks.

Sandy Point makes this season a celebration of community, neighbors, family and friends. Walking around this time of year here at Palermo is a small present to us all.

Alfie, puss, you out did yourself your place is STUNNING ! And Brian's christmas village on Sandy Point is amazing ! It took 3 people working all day and night just to set it up. Don't miss it!
