Our HOA dues pay for DRM to manage the property. The spa should not be broken and in violation of city code. The cost should come out of DRM's pocket, not homeowners.
Well, yesterday evening there were two middle age couples enjoying the spa. There was no yellow tape anywhere to be found. So, maybe it was fixed? Hope so... for their sake!
