More on the colors of Palermo Palm Springs
Positively Palermo received an e-mail from an owner saying that management has sent out an email about the paint colors of Palermo Palm Springs and their availability at Lowes. The e-mail from the owner to us reads: "FYI. You can get our paint at Lowes. Does this mean we have to do our own painting?" Below is a rendering of the buildings and paint info that management sent out in its email. It seems hard to read. But the management email says more information on the colors apparently is available on the DRM Web site. (You also can go to the Oct. 18, 2010 posting in the Positively Palermo archives where we posted information about that paint colors, the same artist rendering and other information about the paint.). Miss Penny Lane says: She loves the colors of Palermo so much that she sometimes dresses in them.

What happened at the HOA meeting regarding the yard painting? I hope this is done before it gets too hot. The yards are looking terrible.
What do you mean "yard painting"?
The backyards of the townhouses need to be painted, just like the fronts of all the units. All the dark brown colors have severely faded and this was to be done as well.
