Problems with gate clickers, anyone?
Positively Palermo received this e-mail question: "Penny: Do you know if anyone else has been having issues with the clickers and the gate?" Miss Penny Lane says: She's been stuck behind more than a few motorists clicking their clickers with no results as she eagerly awaits to get inside the comforting walls of Palermo Palm Springs. Now she feels bad for the choice words that came to mind about them if there's been a mechanical problem all along.

gates seems to take longer to open after I click.
I too have noticed cars waiting longer to get in like they are having clicker issues.
Takes me a while as well...Usually works if you are about 20 ft from the gate when you push the button (and push and push and push)
It works better if one points the remote at the keypad instead of in the direction of the gate. I see some pulling right up to the gate and pushing the button there without any success.
Thanx for the tips because I've had some issues too.

the problems seem to have started after those last issues with the gate when it wouldn't even open.
