Positively Palermo a few days ago received an email from an owner worried about the repainting of the rust color exterior paint. Crews have repainted the front exteriors but the back-yard exteriors weren't scheduled, and there's been no word from management. Sometimes procrastination pays off in not posting immediately, because now another owner has sent us an e-mail from management that outlines the schedule for the repainting of the rust color. The management e-mail states: "Dear Palermo Owners: The painting of the stucco in the backyards will begin on the dates noted below. You will receive a notice of when your individual unit will be painted.5/23 Melody lane west side and sandy point north side,
5/30 Melody lane east side and penny lane west side,
6/6 Breeze north side and sandy point south side,
6/13 Penny lane west side and sunburst east side. Thank you."
Miss Penny Lane says: She's said it before, but she could use a touch-up herself.

Great news. At the HOA board meeting Brandi didn't have an answer about this. Now we have one.
Why was the front exterior never painted on the units on foothill? Now we have two differant colors of red in the community.
Aren't there some other streets missing too?
