Fire extinguishers, smart meters and other updates

Hello Palermo Palm Springs. Here are some updates that residents have asked that we forward on to you. The first is that crews came around today and replaced the fire extinguishers on the outside of the buildings. You may want to check the expiration date of the one in your garage. The second is that SoCal Edison has installed the new "smart meters" in the complex. These are the meters that some homeowners elsewhere in Palm Springs have complained about because they received bigger electricity bills after the high-tech meters went in. The third is that a resident reports seeing a pool guy working on the back spa, so the temperature problem may be fixed. Miss Penny Lane says: She thanks her Palermo neighbors for the updates.
