Water shut off today at Palermo Palm Springs?
Positively Palermo has received reports that all the water to the complex was shut off today without notice. Your faucets, etc., when they first run again may be making strange noises. Miss Penny Lane says: She hopes the problem is solved because she has plans on washing her hair this evening before her big night on the town.
