Lights are back on at Palermo Palm Springs

There's was a black-out at Palermo Palm Springs. The lights now are back on after being out for an hour or so. Miss Penny Lane says: After lighting some candles, she's decided to keep the lights off and have one of her famous candle-lit dinners. You're all invited.
