A word about the spas
There's concern about the spas. Here's an email: "Hi Miss Penny, We are not sure who to report this to so we thought we would start with you. We noticed that the spa in the main pool area was not working today. Also, the light in the spa in the smaller pool area is not coming on. Can you direct this to the right people?" Let's hope the HOA and DRM are on this. Miss Penny Lane says: She unfortunately has been so busy that a hot tub isn't in her immediate future despite her aching body.

Does anyone audit the person(s) contracted to clean/maintain the pools and spas? I know there is supposed to be two weekly visits to ensure quality standards of these areas.
Any homeowner or renter should report spa and pool problems to DRM-The Palermo contact is Brandi Scott, who has been, in my experience, very responsive to conditions surrounding the pool. Contact Brandi: bscott@drminternet.com The water should always be crystal clear in the pools and spas. Cloudy water indicates bacteria and/or an imbalance in the chemicals, which should really be tested daily if the pools are used daily. This is a high standard, but for spas, daily testing is really the gold standard.
The back spa light has been out for weeks. It was reported.
I emailed Brandi and the HOA about this problem. Please post an update here when the Spas have been repaired.
Thanks.
