Question about the white paint inside our homes

This site has been asked to post this question: "Does anyone know the brand and name of the glossy and flat white paint used by the developer. I need to do some touch-up? Thanks." Miss Penny Lane says: Please share some neighborly advice.

This is Perry again. My wife siad the name of the manufacture is Frazze Paint and the color is Swiss Coffee. She said that you have to get the same company because other companies might make the same color but it will be slightley different. It matched our color perfect. I would assume that we all had the same base color paint job. I hope that helps you

I can vouch for Perry's info above - Frazze Paint, Swiss Coffee. Although I don't think it really looks much like Swiss Coffee...

I know what you mean. I would of never of thought the name would have coffee in it. The swiss must put a lot of cream in their coffee :)

PS. You have a cool looking cat. I have a tabby too, what a great cat. We just love her over here.

How did you get your name to come up, I hate to post anonymous?

To anonymous @12:47 - I think you have to set up a profile with blogger, then you can "follow" Positively Palermo, either privately or publicly. If you upload a photo and create a name for yourself, those will be visible to others only when you select the option to follow "publicly".

Miss Penny Lane: Did I get this right? Perhaps there is an easier way to accomplish this?

Good luck!

Thanks I remember it had a funny like Swiss Mocha or something, must have been Swiss Coffee. Also would be nice to know the OUTSIDE paint color name. I have a small touch up I'd like to do in the back yard. Nice service from this blog. Would be great to have a list of resources such as the light bulb type for the yards and inside (some are hard to find) and stuff like that. One step at a time, right? Thanks to the person/people behind this site.

Frazee Paint in Palm Desert has all the color numbers and names for Palermo. I went there about 6 months ago in search of Swiss Coffee (not knowing the name) and they went through their records and found all the color codes used at Palermo. They said they weren't going to put it back in their old files but keep it more accessible for homeowners that need it. They are located at 39760 Garand Lane - Tel (760) 345-2040. Hope that helps!

THANKS FOR THIS INFO. This kind of help is why I love this blog. I do wish the management company we PAY FOR every month would do some of this stuff - be a resource not a source of controversy. Re: the paint. I guess I'd just take to picture of the yellow-ish color in the back that needs to touch up to the paint store ... WHY didn't DRM ever tell us the codes are at Frazee??
